§ Mr. Alfred Morris asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he will make a statement on the progress of the work of the Institute of Hearing Research.
§ Mr. William Shelton:The wide programme of research being undertaken by the Medical Research Council's Institute of Hearing Research continues to develop well. The institute's report for 1980, a copy of which is available in the Library, summarises the work in progress both at Nottingham and in the institute's outstations.
