§ Mr. Alfred Morris asked the Secretary of State for Transport what consideration he has given to the Greater 207W Manchester council's submission to his Department for 1982–83 on transport policies and programme; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. David Howell:I am giving careful consideration to the transport policies and programmes of all county councils, including that of Greater Manchester. My decisions will be announced in the normal way in the transport supplementary grant settlement for 1982–83.
