198W§ Mr. Adam Butler:I understand that under the Michigan Limited Partnership Act a partnership of this type has one general partner and a number of limited partners. The De Lorean Motor Company is the general partner in the De Lorean Research Limited Partnership and there are approximately 125 limited partnership interests. The profits drawing from the royalties paid to the partnership are allocated on the basis of 99 per cent. to the limited partners and 1 per cent. to the general partner.
