§ Mr. Hooley asked the Secretary of State for Energy what was the cause of the release of radioactive iodine-131 from the Windscale fuel reprocessing plant in October; what investigations of the incident have been carried out by the Nuclear Installations Inspectorate; what level of contamination occurred within the plant and outside it; and if he will make a full statement to the House.
