§ 25. Mr. Arthur Lewis asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he last met the Director of Public Prosecutions; and when he expects to have a further meeting.
§ Mr. Mayhew:The Director of Public Prosecutions carries out his duties under the superintendence of my right hon. and learned Friend the Attorney-General. My right hon. Friend the Home Secretary's last formal meeting with the Director was on 3 December 1979, and he has no present plans for a further meeting.
