§ Q10. Mr. Andrew F. Bennettasked the Prime Minister if she will list all those measures Her Majesty's Government have taken since 1 August to reduce youth unemployment.
§ The Prime Minister:On 27 July I announced further measures which the Government are taking to help reduce youth unemployment, including the new young workers scheme. These are being introduced progressively. Since 1 August 1981 the number of young people covered by existing special measures has risen by more than 90,000.
