§ Mr. AlisonIt is, of course, illegal for a person to receive unemployment benefit under more than one name. I do not know of any current case of such a claim in the South-West region of my Department, nor does my Department attempt to make an estimate of the likely number of cases. Should such a case come to light, it would be investigated with a view to prosecuting the offender.
