§ Mr. BlakerIt is anticipated that the final cost of the four Batch 3 "Leander" frigates currently undergoing modernisation refits will exceed £70 million in each case.
§ Mr. Speedasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will list the "Leander" class frigates now being modernised whose outturn costs of modernisation are expected to be £70 million or more; and when each refit was started and is due for completion.
