§ Mr. SproatDifferent views have been expressed about the comparative costs of these developments by parties to the inquiries now being held into the British Airports Authority's proposals to develop Stansted airport and the alternative proposals put forward by Uttlesford district council for a fifth terminal at Heathrow. As these matters are under consideration at these inquiries, it would be wrong for me to comment on them.
