§ Mrs. FennerRestrictions of this kind are imposed only in the circumstances which are set out in the reply which I gave to the hon. Member on 25 November. It is unlikely that there have been many such cases during the past two years but precise information is not held centrally, and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
