§ Mrs. Sally OppenheimI recently made a commencement order to bring into operation on 3 May next sections 1 to 15, 18, 20, 21, 23 to 34 and 36 of, and schedules 1 and 2 to, the Act. I have also made regulations that will from the same date require the keeping and auditing of accounts relating to clients' money.
