§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe average unrebated rent charged to council tenants in Wales increased by £1.59 per dwelling per week—24 per cent.—in 1980–81. On the latest available estimates it would increase by some £3.35 per dwelling per week—41 per cent.—in 1981–82, though this figure is necessarily provisional.
It is not possible to forecast local authority rent levels in 1982–83.
