§ Mr. Hicksasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in the light of the judgment given in the Court of Appeal on 20 October 1981 in the case R v. the Chief Constable of Devon and Cornwall, ex parte Central Electricity Generating Board, he will introduce legislation revising the relevant provisions of the Public Order Act.
