(3) to what extent he expects more women to attain top jobs as a result of the Manpower Services Commission report "No Barriers Here".
§ Mr. Alison"No Barriers Here" is a practical guide for managers produced for free distribution as part of the Manpower Services Commission's effort to promote equal opportunities for women in employment. 15,000 copies have been printed, and 14,000 distributed free of charge, at a cost to the Manpower Services Commission of just under £25,000. It is not possible to estimate how many women will attain top jobs as a result of the guide.
