§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will allocate more funds to health education projects to enable them to concentrate upon investigating and then co-ordinating with local authorities in the detection and correction of conditions in the home that produce chronic and debilitating injuries in the elderly, with a view to reducing the need for prolonged hospitalisation.
