§ Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will take steps to provide equality of treatment between a patient suffering from renal failure and being dialysed at home who is eligible for reduced rail fares being a person in receipt of an attendance allowance and a patient who is being dialysed at hospital and in consequence needing to travel there at least three times each week who does not so qualify; and if he will make a statement.
