§ Mr. BrittanEstimates of public expenditure in constant prices for financial years were given in the White Paper Cmnd. 8175. Table 1.1 showed estimates for total local government expenditure, and table 2.11 showed estimates for the National Health Service. But the Government now plan in cash.
