§ Mr. Peter ReesIt was formally recorded at the fourth session of the interim committee of the United Nations negotiating conference on a common fund in April 1980 that the United Kingdom Government hoped and wished that the headquarters of the fund would be based in London. The subsequent agreement provides for the governing council of the fund to decide the location of its headquarters and any other offices.
