§ Mr. Bestasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) which voluntary organisations concerned with the needs of single homeless people his Department assists with grants;
(2) what policy initiatives he has taken which he considers will benefit single homeless people and the work of voluntary organisations and local authorities for them;
(3) which changes in legislation have been made on his proposal which he considers will be of assistance to single homeless people.
