§ Dr. VaughanSince the announcement of the management arrangements for Liverpool on 25 September, I have received one letter from the Liverpool228W area health authority (teaching) expressing its reservations about the proposed structure. I have replied thanking the authority for its views. Decisions on the new management structure will be essentially for the new district authority which is expected to meet for the first time in shadow form at the end of the month.
