asked the Secretary of State for Industry how many information officers are currently employed by his Department; at what cost and if he will give these figures in respect of each of the last four years.

[pursuant to his reply, 18 November 1981]: The number of information officers employed by the Department of Industry and the total cost of salary plus employer's national insurance contribution is as follows:

in the light of all relevant circumstances, including its composition and its acceptability to the Cambodian people, as indicated by their freely expressed views.
