Friend the Member for Chelmsford (Mr. St. John-Stevas) on 2 December 1980.—[Vol. 995, c.145–47.] I regret that information about benefits on defeat at an election or premature retirement on medical graounds is not available centrally and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
