§ Mr. Bodyasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he is now in a position to reply to the observations made to him jointly in March by the Lincolnshire county council, the Boston borough council and the Freiston parish council about the future public rights of way between Freiston Shore and the Plumbers Hotel on land occupied by the North Sea camp detention centre.
§ Mr. MayhewThe draft document granting the rights and various amendments to it, has been the subject of several exchanges of correspondence since March 1981 between the parties concerned. At present a reply is awaited from the Lincolnshire county council.
