§ Mr. WigginLieut.-Colonel Blashford-Snell is employed on staff duties in the Directorate-General of Army training in the Ministry of Defence. He has been granted six weeks leave with pay in each of the past five years, as is usual for any officer. He has not undertaken any activity supported from public funds which has not been part of his official duties, in support of recruiting, or authorised training.
