§ Mr. BiffenOwing to the Civil Service pay dispute, detailed statistics of overseas trade are available only for three months of the year to date. Vehicle registrations in the period from January to October 1981 included 151,514 passenger cars and 27,365 light commercial vehicles from Japan.
