§ Miss Richardsonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether, in view of the decision of the European Court in the Dudgeon case that current -legislation relating to homosexuality in Northern Ireland contravenes article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, he now intends to introduce legislation to reform the law in Northern Ireland to fulfil the Government's obligations under the convention.
