§ Mr. Ernie Rossasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will seek to raise the matter of the continuation of the sponsorship by the Health and Safety Commission of the course in occupational health nursing at Ninewalls hospital, Dundee, with the Commission.
§ Mr. WaddingtonNo. The appointment in March 1976 of an employment nursing adviser of the Health and Safety Executive to hold in addition the post of tutor/ lecturer in occupational health nursing at Dundee University's Ninewalls medical school was agreed by all concerned at the time to be a temporary arrangement, lasting up to five years only. The appointment with Dundee University came to an end in June 1980 and it is now felt that the regional demand for training in occupational health nursing does not justify a continued HSE involvement.
