§ Sir George YoungNumbers of homeless persons accepted by local authorities as vulnerable by reason of financial or sexual exploitation are not separately identified in the statistics provided to the Department. The operation of the Housing (Homeless Persons) Act 1977 is currently under review, and it would be inappropriate at this stage to prejudge the outcome on any particular issue. We hope to conclude the review fairly soon.
