§ The Prime MinisterYes, I am so satisfied. Discussions between the Government and the BBC on the question of a permanent frequency for a Carfax service are continuing. There are particular difficulties in finding a frequency which would be both suitable for the proposed service and available under the international radio regulations on a permanent basis.
