§ Mr. StanleyA consultation paper on low start mortgages for house purchase was issued by the Department on 3 September 1981 copies of which I have placed in the Library. Some replies are still outstanding. I am not yet, therefore, in a position to consider whether any changes need be made in the present arrangements.
