§ The Prime MinisterThere are at present no plans for a summit meeting of the NATO Heads of Government. I discuss matters of common Alliance interest when I meet allied Heads of State or Government bilaterally, as I have with Signor Spadolini this week and shall do with Chancellor Schmidt later this month.
