§ Mr. LuceThe meeting of the Five Foreign Ministers on 24 September gave the Five's efforts renewed impetus. Officials of the Five visited a number of African countries, including South Africa, in October-November, and the Five remain in close touch with all the parties and Governments most closely concerned.
