Mr. Alfred Morris

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what steps he will be taking with regard to the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council's recommendation in favour of extending industrial injuries benefits to cover all diseases caused by a person's employment; if he will set out his estimate of the cost and other implications of the recommendation; and if he will make a statement.
