§ Mr. Pendryasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, in view of the recent judgment of the European Court, when he proposes to introduce proposals for the reform of homosexual laws in Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. PriorThe Government are currently studying the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in the case of Jeffrey Dudgeon, and I shall be making a statement in due course.
