§ Mr. PattieOur lorries are essentially of commercial design and as a general rule we do not seek to interfere with manufacturers' sourcing policy for components. It therefore follows that we would have no knowledge of the provenance of such parts, the selection of which would be on the basis of the commercial judgment of the vehicle manufacturer with whom we directly deal.
