§ Mr. MacGregorMy hon. Friend the Minister of State met the North of England County Councils Association on 2 November to discuss its third "State of the Region" report. In addition, I expect to meet a deputation led by the hon. Member for Workington (Mr. Campbell-Savours) shortly to discuss the circumstances of Workington.
