Member for South Ayrshire (Mr. Foulkes) on 7 July 1980, Official Report, columns 29–31, he is now in a position to give a breakdown of the annual operating costs of the headquarters of the Laboratory of the Government Chemist and the outstations in England, Wales and Scotland.
