§ Mr. Marlowasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what are the health characteristics of the Oxford regional health authority whereby revenue expenditure per head is the lowest in England, being some £8 million lower than in East Anglia, and the capital provision is the second lowest, being little over half that of the North-Western region; and what consideration is given to the fact that Oxford regional health authority has the fastest growing population in England.
