§ Mr. Cartwrightasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what is his estimate of the number of foreign nationals employed in the United Kingdom by overseas companies who receive income tax concessions because they are regarded as being non-domiciles in the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. Peter ReesI regret that it is not possible to estimate the number of such individuals because the law under which these deductions are given does not distinguish between British subjects and others.
