§ Mr. BlakerNegotiations between the United Kingdom, United States and the USSR aimed at achieving a comprehensive test ban began in 1977. The latest round finished in November 1980. The new United States Administration are reviewing their policy on all aspects of arms control and disarmament, including the comprehensive test ban. At present no date has been set for the resumption of the negotiations.
