§ Mr. EyreA consultative document was sent by my Department on 8 May to a number of organisations with a particular interest in these provisions. It invited their 85W views on two alternative possibilities for amendments to the Companies (No. 2) Bill, now before the House. The Government will wish to consider the response to this document before reaching a final view on amendments. Copies have been placed in the Library.
