§ Mr. D. E. Thomasasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will update the figures given in appendices 4 and 5 to the Home Office memorandum published with the second report of the Home Affairs Sub-Committee on race relations and the "sus" law for the years 1979 and 1980.
