§ Mr. GoodhartExcluding clerical and support staff, about 40 people are employed by the Ministry of Defence wholly or substantially on arms control and disarmament. In addition, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office has a significant number of staff involved in arms control and disarmament; this includes staff seconded from the Ministry of Defence.
