§ Mr. YoungerDistrict salmon fishery boards are set up under the Salmon Fisheries (Scotland) Acts 1862–68. I have no powers to adjust the membership. The question of a new management structure for both salmon and freshwater fisheries is at pre sent being considered in the light of a discussion document issued in December 1979.
