§ Sir George YoungThe programme as a whole is being evaluated by the European Commission; the benefits to the United Kingdom would best be evaluated on the basis of the Commission's evaluation material when it becomes available. I shall write to my hon. Friend with information on expenditure from the programme in the United Kingdom.
