§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithWithout prejudice to the need for the Fisheries Bill to complete its remaining legislative stages, the Fisheries Ministers intend shortly to consult the fishing industry on appointments of those members of the Sea Fish Industry Authority who are to be representative of the industry. The Ministers wish to appoint members of the authority as soon as possible after enactment of the legislation.
