§ Mr. GrayI expect commercial negotiations to produce equitable terms for the purchase of natural gas liquids, whether the seller is the partnership of the British National Oil Corporation and the British Gas Corporation or another licensee. Price will, of course, be only one element of complex contractual terms which may vary significantly according to the circumstances of the particular buyers and sellers.
