§ Mr. Iain Millsasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will publish the Southampton university and Transport and Road Research Laboratory report on spray suppression on heavy goods vehicles; if he will make a statement; and if he will study the experience gained by United Kingdom heavy goods vehicle operators in spray suppression systems when considering the report.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe Southampton university report is due for publication before the end of July. I will certainly take into account both controlled test and normal road use experience when considering possible future action on this problem.
