§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI am afraid that the search is still continuing for suitable premises for a replacement driving test centre at St. Andrews. Tests are meanwhile being conducted from Cupar, 10 miles distant. The waiting period at Cupar is about 16 weeks compared with about 18 weeks for the Scottish (North) traffic area as a whole.
