§ Mr. MayhewI understand that the Boundary Commission for England is likely to have completed its review by the end of 1982. The commission for Wales has only recently begun its review and is not yet in a position to say when it is likely to have completed it. My right hon. Friend has no responsibility for the commissions for Scotland and Northern Ireland, but I understand that they are also likely to have completed their reviews by the end of 1982.
